Our Story
We started our journey in 1996 as AirPro Industrial Corp., the sole distributor of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Products for Visayas and Mindanao. From the beginning, we provided more than just products—we offered complete HVAC solutions including design, installation, estimates, consultancy, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
On 2007 to 2016 As our expertise expanded, we evolved into AirPro Construction, taking on fast-track projects where quality and timely completion were our top priorities. As our growth continued in 2017 to 2019 we became ALRAYA Engineering Works, specializing in general electrical works, further strengthening our capabilities in delivering reliable engineering solutions.
From 2019 up this present, we took another big step forward as PPV ALRAYA Development Inc. Today, we continue to build on our strong foundation, combining years of experience with a commitment to innovation, excellence, and continual improvement in every project we undertake.
